Document Processing Assistance

There are a number of documents needed to complete home construction and move into a home. These include land and building permits, contracts, loan applications, titles, and much more. While we don’t draft all the documents in-house, we can offer advice and guidance on how and when to obtain all these documents from various resources. We will ensure everything comes together on schedule.

Planning and Estimates

Jeff Puckett Constructions will create a complete blueprint and floor plan for your new home, whether you have a detailed idea in mind or aren’t sure where to start. We will gather information from you such as photos, magazine articles, paint color swatches, and more to get an accurate idea of what you’re looking for. We will then give you a time and cost estimate, keeping you in the loop about changes in materials, timeframes, and any setbacks. Our company can work with your family and your budget to create a home that includes all the features you need.

Exterior Construction

We build several types of homes from the ground up. We can create any type of layout including ranch, two stories, split level, L-shaped, connected garages, separate garages, and styles with guest houses, sheds and other additional structures. We can build a home with 2 to 5 or more bedrooms, 1 to 3 or more bathrooms, and any specialty rooms you’re looking for such as a media room or studio. We use several types of materials including every type of siding, brick, and wood, including log homes.

Interior Construction

Jeff Puckett Constructions also completes the interior of homes including kitchen counters, cabinets, flooring, and lighting, sliding glass doors, carpeting, bathroom and kitchen plumbing fixtures, and much more. When we’re finished, you will have everything you need, except the furniture.

Additions

If you have an existing home but want to add on a new room, garage, or expand a room in your home, Jeff Puckett Constructions can create more space to enjoy your home. Depending on what you need to be done, the construction can be complete in a few weeks or a few months. No addition is too big or too small and we can work with your budget. We also add on pools in your yard to have fun in your yard during the summer months, as well as porches, decks, and sunrooms.

Remodeling

If you are comfortable where you are but want to make some changes to your home, we offer remodeling as well. This can include adding or removing a wall to change the number of rooms, replacing outdated cabinets, bathroom plumbing, or appliances, finishing a basement, building a home office, or many more ideas. If you’re thinking “I wonder if we could….”, the answer is always yes when you work with us. We accommodate growing families, retirees, and anyone who wants to change things up to make their home work better for them.
